Your patients, students, and colleagues deserve safety and comfort. The EDU-435 is designed for unoccupied spaces that have recently had a contamination or discharge event. The UV output. has been extensively tested to be effective against a wide range of pathogens and will include a chart with recommended run-times.
Operation is simple and safe. Two simple settings are required: the amount of delay you’ll need to vacate the room, and the length of time for it to run. For most situations, a thorough disinfection can be achieved in under 10 minutes. Motion detection on the front and back will protect from unintended entry into the disinfection space.
The EDU-435 contains four 35W high output UV-C lamps, is 10"W x 10"D x 15"H, features heavy duty grid-protection for the operator and the bulbs, and includes an additional handle secured inside base to allow operator to hang the EDU inverted from an upper rail, IV pole, etc. The screen will also invert with a single press of a button on the touch screen for easy operation.
