Many Schools Are Challenged With…

Safety:

UV inactivates all known pathogens at a cellular level, making your school genuinely safer for vulnerable students, as well as concerned parents and faculty.

Savings:

Return On Investment (ROI) is often 3 years or less in energy savings alone. Your HVAC equipment will last longer and require less maintenance. Attendance and test score improvements drive the needle even further.

Confidence:

Installing “Today’s Best Available Technology” will reduce complaints, improve parent and employee relations, and help you recruit and retain top talent.

Keeping students in the classroom has proven to be a challenge like never before – and expensive.

Finding and keeping qualified employees, rising labor costs, equipment shortages, and energy bills all add to the financial pressure you are under.

Install UV to improve Safety, Attendance, Grades, and Reputation in a way will completely pay for itself in just a few short years.

Safe Air UV improves all three of these critical concerns.

UV is effective against all known pathogens. Allergies, asthma, and illness can be reduced, grades & attendance improved, and employment stabilized. All while energy, maintenance, and equipment costs are often reduced enough to pay for itself in under 3 years – making UV a valuable safety investment for years to come, and making you an outstanding steward of your resources.

In-duct uv disinfection unit installed in an air duct

In-Duct / In-AHU

With calculated, high output Ultraviolet protection right on your HVAC cooling coils we’re able to give facility-wide germicidal protection and keep the coils clean at the same time. According to ASHRAE and multiple case studies, mold and biological growth on the coils can be eliminated and prevented from ever coming back. This usually provides a rapid return on investment from energy savings alone, but when maintenance savings such as reduced labor, coil cleaning chemicals, and longer HVAC life, these savings add up even faster.

Upper-air UVGI ceiling mounted uv disinfection unit

Upper-Air UVGI

Upper-Room UV is perfect for high traffic, occupied space. These wall or ceiling-mounted devices provide an active layer of protection above your occupants’ heads at all times. Studies show 68% improvement in surface level pathogens, simply with Upper-Room UV. As particles circulate through the room, they are disinfected before they can settle on the surfaces you touch in the room. Operating room studies show reduced infection rates as high as 93%. Our designs are classy and sleek, so they are a great visual reminder that you have gone the extra mile for your most valuable assets – your employees and customers. We typically propose Upper-Room UV in the highest traffic or highest risk zones like main check in areas, certain classrooms, and clinics.

Portable UV disinfection unit for use in high risk areas

Surface Disinfection Units

If you have a contaminated space or a “discharge event,” clean it up like you normally would, then bring our EDU units into the room to finish the job. These units can inactivate 99.9% of Coronavirus in the air or on surfaces from 10 feet away in under 25 seconds. This peace of mind for nurses, teachers, and parents alike is icing on the cake for the true protection you can offer your students. The EDU units are portable and can easily be carried from room to room or even into vehicles. Operation is simple. Just tell it how long you need to leave the space and how long you want it to run, and the EDU does the rest. We provide a chart for various pathogens’ “kill” times, but many operators simply let it run for 5-10 minutes for a powerful level of protection. Motion detectors on the front and back of the unit protect people from exposure who may inadvertently enter the space. One per building or even one per campus is usually all we recommend.
